A story about migration of a Switzerland-Chile family from Zurich to a small town in Colchagau. 

Rockabilly Tattoo's style on Blossom of Chilean National Flower Copihue and Swallows (represents long travel from Swiss to Chile) are flying up high and shining into the sky.

 

 
 
 

Invention of Cocktail Meun & Chalk ARt Decoration

Cocktail menu was first launched in this local bar in Colchagua. We did cocktail tasting and developed our home recipe of signature cocktails including White Russia, Bloody Mary, Mojito, Margarita, Aperol Spritz and Cuba Libre.

With the Chalk Art Cocktail and Coffee menu, guests could get a visual impression of the drinks with ingredients.

Lighting for a mood

Installation of backlighting to illumulate the wine from the back for a proper atmosphere of a bar.
